Built in 2025 by the Zini company, a family-owned construction firm with over twenty years of experience in the sector, the property was designed from the ground up to offer guests the perfect combination of hotel-quality comfort and the independence of a private home. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the layout of the rooms, reflects a commitment to quality, functionality and contemporary design.
The residence offers three apartment types to suit every need: the Comfort One-Bedroom, ideal for couples and business travellers, with a double bedroom, living area with sofa bed and fully equipped Electrolux kitchen; the Accessible One-Bedroom, located on the ground floor and completely free of architectural barriers, designed to guarantee comfort and autonomy for all guests; and the Superior Two-Bedroom, the most spacious option, perfect for families and groups of friends, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room and a full kitchen with electric oven. All apartments feature air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a dedicated desk for smart working, and digital check-in with a personal access code.
