Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive all the details you need for your arrival, including your personal access code for digital check-in. This code allows you to enter your apartment independently at any time between 2:00 PM and midnight, without the need to coordinate with a reception desk. For guests arriving from abroad, a valid identity document (passport or national ID card) is all that is required. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as bank transfers, and payment can be arranged at the time of booking or upon arrival depending on the conditions chosen.

Elf Apartments is located at Via Sabbatani 12b in Imola, just two kilometres from the Imola exit on the A14 motorway (Bologna-Rimini). If you are driving from Bologna, take the A14 towards Rimini and exit at Imola: the property is approximately three minutes from the toll booth. From Ravenna, follow the SS253 or take the A14 towards Bologna, exiting at Imola. From Florence, take the A1 northbound towards Bologna, then join the A14 towards Rimini and exit at Imola. The total journey time from Florence is approximately ninety minutes, from Bologna forty minutes, and from Ravenna forty-five minutes.
For those travelling by train, Imola station is located on the Bologna-Rimini line and is served by regional trains from both directions. Trains run frequently throughout the day, and the journey from Bologna Centrale takes approximately thirty minutes. From Imola station, Elf Apartments can be reached by taxi in about ten minutes or by local bus. The nearest airport is Bologna Guglielmo Marconi (BLQ), approximately forty kilometres from the property, which is well connected to major European cities by direct flights.

During major events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix, traffic in the area around the Racetrack can be heavy; we recommend using our property as a base and following the alternative routes we can suggest to avoid congestion.
For guests arriving during race weekends or major events, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible — ideally two to three months in advance — as demand for accommodation near the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Racetrack is very high.
