The Comfort One-Bedroom is our most popular option for couples and solo travellers, offering a double bedroom with a quality mattress and topper, a bright living area with sofa bed for an optional third guest, and a compact yet fully equipped kitchen. It strikes the perfect balance between space and intimacy, making it ideal for romantic weekends, business trips or short holidays in Emilia-Romagna.

For guests with reduced mobility or those who simply prefer ground-floor convenience, the Accessible One-Bedroom provides a thoughtfully designed space that is completely free of architectural barriers. Located on the ground floor with step-free access from the car park, this apartment features wide doorways, an equipped bathroom with grab bars and a flush-floor shower, and adequate wheelchair manoeuvring space throughout. It offers the same high-quality finishes and amenities as our other apartments, ensuring that accessibility never means compromise.

The Superior Two-Bedroom is our largest and most versatile apartment, designed for families with children, groups of friends and anyone who values extra space. With two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, and the only full kitchen in the property complete with an electric oven, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. This apartment is particularly popular during race weekends at the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Racetrack, when groups of motorsport enthusiasts can share costs while enjoying the comfort and independence of a private home.

All three apartment types share a common standard of quality: brand-new construction completed in 2025, Electrolux kitchen appliances including induction hob and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heating and cooling, Smart TV in every room, an in-room safe, and a bathroom courtesy set from Find Your Eco. Elf Apartments was built by the Zini company, a family-owned construction firm with over twenty years of experience in residential and commercial building in Emilia-Romagna. This expertise is evident in every aspect of the property, from the solid structural foundations to the refined interior finishes. The building was designed using modern construction techniques that prioritise thermal insulation, soundproofing and energy efficiency, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and quiet environment regardless of the season or weather conditions.

Inside the apartments, the attention to quality continues with premium materials and carefully selected furnishings. The Electrolux kitchen range was chosen for its reliability and performance, providing everything from an induction hob and microwave to a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and blender. The Nespresso coffee machine in every apartment means you can start your morning with a quality espresso without leaving home. Beds are topped with high-quality mattresses and a double pillow set — soft and firm — to suit every preference, while blackout options and climate control in every room ensure restful sleep.

The common areas of the residence have been designed with equal care. The panoramic terrace on the upper floor offers views over the surrounding area and is equipped with tables and chairs for relaxation — it also serves as the only smoking area in the property. The shared lounge provides a comfortable space with sofas, tables and a vending machine for snacks and cold drinks. The self-service laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities, is ideal for guests on longer stays.
